Video and Photoshoot Cost Estimates

General Terms

1. Rates for portraits, beauty or headshots are rates for just one person. Additional people are at an additional cost of £10 per person per photograph.
2. Referrals from previous customers attract a 10% discount for the new customer.
3. Dates are reserved only after a minimum of 40% of the agreed total price is paid.
4. Deposits are only refundable when there is a natural or technological disaster, state of emergency, terror attack, riot, war, close family bereavement or an emergency hospitalisation.
5. We never cancel bookings. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel for any of the reasons in #4, we will refund you with an additional 20% of the amount already paid.
6. Due to how meticulous we are with planning and how busy we can be, we rarely take bookings less than 72 hours before the shoot. In the event that we do, it will incur an extra 20% of the total fee.
7. In the event that you want your pictures or videos delivered earlier than our standard 7-14 days delivery time, it costs an extra 20% of the total fee minus expenses. 
8. Clients do not need to pay for travel expenses for shoots in London booked 14 days before the shoot. In all other instances, the Client pays for travel expenses.
9. We do deliver RAWS to certain business Clients and Associates. But this is usually made clear during Consultations. In other cases, an exclusive license could be bought. Rates can be found here.
10. We only do 2 free re-edits for images and videos booked at least 14 days before the shoot, and 1 free re-edit for shoots done less than 14 days before a shoot. Our aim is to make our Clients as happy as possible, so deliverables and expectations are discussed during consultations.
11. A lot of factors are considered to making our rates as low as they are, in the event that the Client would not want an image to be used in portfolio or posted publicly, it will be an exra cost of 15% of the total fee of the shoot.
